I recently decided to start spamming ranked in an attempt for gold. After getting out of Bronze, I went in to Silver, expecting to drop a game or two.
Instead, I've put on my carry pants and dominated every game I've played. So, dumb luck, or is Bronze just better than Silver?

Yeah, and gold is better than diamond.
I think teams start to work together more, making wins easier. It also makes coming back from a disadvantage/losing game much more difficult.
Not really any difference other than how often the match-making may fail you. Also seem to be a lot of Plat/Diamond-Smurfs in Bronze by the way.
