Estimated Wait Time Keeps Going Up Not Down

I logged in 30 minutes ago and the estimated wait time was about 2 hours 30 minutes. 30 minutes later and now my estimated wait time is 3 hours 2 minutes. I'm definitively not an expert on this kind of stuff but shouldn't this queue time be going down, not up? /s

Same here. I was at 2 hours 19 minutes, and 1 and a half hour later it's at 4 hours NotLikeThis
