The problem wasn't a lack of transparency, but rather a series of internal miscommunication between what certain teams wanted with Dynamic Queue and what they could actually do. To prevent something like this from happening again, they're probably having internal discussions on how they can improve communication both internally and externally, as well as updates on Dynamic Queue as necessary.
