Why not add a translator to the Latin America North server? I understand its already in miami. Personally I'd love to kick some spanish culo or keista whatever.

It's Mexican culo, the Spanish culo is in EUW.
A translator will never be able to do a successful job due to spelling and gerunds, let's not even begin to mention Central American slang.
It's impossible.
