i thought of a great idea to reduce the "report so and so" in all chat. why not make people able to report anonymously with an in game tool similar to a surrender vote. heres how it would work

the player who initates the vote remains anonymous and the person being reported cant even see it. *the vote is visible to everyone on both teams. and the and all of the player's chat logs before 3 minutes from when the vote was initiated would be shown to the enemy team
the icon would be designed so that it could not be mistaken for something else

basically. let people know that it's not just them reporting the guy. that way they will at least feel a little better and not need to spam it in allchat.

It's probably the 'if it isnt broken dont fix it' argument. Post-game lobby chat is already pretty effective. It's not 100% effective, but with the sheer amount of games and reports, the automated system generally works well against multiple-report punishment-worthy players

No No No No No. No more popups. Do not put another popup on my screen. I do not want this on my HUD. I don't care how toxic the guy is. It can wait until after game. But it is good that you noticed that "report so and so" is spammed too often in chat.
