Will/should rito ever comletely remake league?

Was reading a dev blog yesterday were a rioter mentioned that he thought league would easily last 10 years more, and that sort of made me wonder: Should Riot in that time completely relaunch league? Similarly to how WoW tried to refreshen the game with the Cataclysm expansion?

This could mean a new map geometry, new game mechanics, maybe only releasing the game with the 60-70 healthiest champions, while relaunching the others at a faster rate afterwards (could be tied in lorewise), maybe changing the new player experience so people don't have quite as crappy of a time as they do now (maybe a "teacher mode" were one observer/smurf on each side could try and guide the new players, and help them to understand the game. Maybe a "instant level 20 pack" when a level 30 player creates an account on a different server, which would mean the actual lowbies don't get flooded with smurfs every time EUW is down.). There's lots of stuff that could be done, but should it xD? what's people opinions in a remake of league inside lets say, the next 5 years?
