Is Poppy's Hammer Time bundle supposed to be a Flex Bundle?

I was excited to see the bundle because I have Poppy already and would like to grab some of the skins I don't have at a bundle rate, but it doesn't appear to be a flex bundle. I already own Poppy and the Noxus Lolly and Regalia skins.

Anyway this can be made a flex bundle for those of us who already own some of the content?

Hey Strawberrycocoa,

The Hammer Time Bundle is a flex bundle. In addition, Lollipoppy, Ragdoll Poppy, Blacksmith Poppy, and Noxus Poppy are also available separately in the store through January 11 as a special promotion for Poppy’s champion update.
