Riot, please oh please work on your player support

I just got ranked restricted, and literally have no clue as to why. When i ask riot what i can do to improve, or why i was punished, i get no answer, just a cut and paste nonsense.

I read all the time about players who want to know what they did to get banned, chat restricted, etc and riot refuses to actually help.

Riot, if you aren't going to give feedback to players on how to improve, just permaban them the first time, because they can't change if they don't know what they did wrong.
