More Event Summoner Icons that were always meant to be available for IP as well as RP are now RP only.

What's next? Harrowing and Snowdown?

Seems like it, I don't even remember the last icon we got that was also available to buy with IP! I know both Harrowing and Snowdown were all from doing things in game. But I wouldn't be surprised if this years events are all having to be buyable!
