Own up to it, it does no mean you cannot listen to your teammates. Take a step back and ask them how can you help them. Don't rage, sit back and judge your teammates while youre the one having a bad game. It just makes it worse.

The best medicine to having a bad game is owning up to it that you're having a bad game, taking a secondary role on the team and stop thinking you're the Legend, your team is carrying you, try and help them.
