Can we have a harsher punishment for flamers and abusers?

Like lets be granted AFKing is bad but their seems to be a harsher punishment for AFKing than for abusing other players. I always find it amusing when people abuse someone for doing poorly to the point where they can't take it anymore and leave, and then tell everyone to report that person for AFKing.

I will say their punishments are pretty harsh, restricting chat and forcing the player to play like 75 normals before playing ranked again, is a huge punishments to those that care about their rank.

Only person who should be reported is the one trash talking. You could report the person who left if the opposing team is bashing them, as they could have simply turned off all chat. But if their own team is bashing him for playing poorly, they deserve the ban more than him.

I have a secondary account where I have been known to break the TOS (ifeed4ragers). My punishment for feeding in multiple games over a 4 month period was 26 chat restricted games and 3 draft game ranked restriction. Keep in mind I was not verbally abusive at any point, because nothing pisses a rager off more then when the feeder is mute/nice. Since you can just burn through chat restriction by rushing down mid in bot games (average 12-14 min games) my account is already back to normal and free to return to trolling. An account that has intentionally fed probably about 20-25 ranked games in a 4 month period should be temp banned if not PERMA banned. Chat restricting a feeder does nothing.

Ok, but you have a mute button! I dont understand, if someone is starting to flame, why not just mute it in the first place? If you keep listening to them and react to their flaming, its kind of your fault too.

What makes me upset is the new system. I have not had a single game where I was negative in over a month, yet I have received several "warnings" because my team was angry when a match was over. They were flaming in the match, and I asked if they would try to keep their cool. The result was "I" was punished.

You click the mute button and you keep playing.

People who AFK are much worse because there's nothing you can do.
