basically my dads a dumb ass and thinks league eats ups all the bandwidth in the house (while he torrenting) but anyway how much does league use?

Approximately 50 megabytes per hour.

By contrast, HD video (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube) take about 3 gigabytes per hour.
