Bug with Ashe's passive + crits

I was playing Ashe. It clearly says her crits do no extra damage, just apply bigger slow (which is dumb to begin with). After getting crit item, however, my basic attack against slowed minion did 299 damage, while a crit did 300.

Pls fix.

Ashe's attacks slow their target,** causing her to deal increased damage to these targets**.

Ashe's critical strikes deal no bonus damage but apply an empowered slow to the target.

FROST SHOT: Ashe's basic attacks and abilities apply Frost to affected enemies, Slow icon slowing them by 5% - 25% (based on level) for 2 seconds and causing subsequent basic attacks against them to deal 10% + (critical chance × (1 + bonus critical damage))% bonus physical damage while they remain slowed.

CRITICAL SLOW: Ashe's critical strikes deal no additional damage, but instead double Frost's slow strength to 10% - 50% (based on level), decaying over the duration to its normal strength.

They never removed the damage amplification on her passive.

I feel like its probably a rounding bug, one that might maybe cost you...1 point of damage. But I'd also like to remind you that that isn't how Ashe's passive works; her crits DO do extra damage, she just doesn't crit naturally. Her crit damage scales with her crit chance. EDIT Yeah, just looked at the tooltip and its worded really stupidly, so let me break it down. When Ashe basic attacks a thing, she applies Frost, which slows. Additional basic attacks count as "crits", dealing 110+Crit Chance damage and doubling the slow from Frost.
