Lunar Reveal Shop is Rigged

I own 47 champions. I own 16 skins. I have only 1 champion (Nocturne) who has more than one skin (2). That means I have 15 champions with skins. My Lunar Reveal Shop has 6 of those champions that have skins, a Graves skin and I don't even play Graves, and a WARWICK skin even though I don't own Warwick AND IT'S WARWICK. So if I don't want to spend RP buying skins on champions who already have skins, and I don't want a crap Warwick, like what? There is 32 champions I own that I don't have skins for yet only one shows up in shop? Like man!
