Show ping in PVP.net

Because they want to hide ping as much as possible since it's pretty embarrassing by industry standards.

That changelog that read: "We have removed ping in the loading screen to remove toxicity from players based on their ping." My reaction: "No one even comments based on ping, people comment based on loading time with comments like "nice toaster" or "buy a new wooden pc"." It would be nice to know how the ping is before getting into a game... In the mean time you can go into a custom game to check out the ping and then leave immediately and go back to pvp.
