Is Kalista going to be buffed or not?

I'm debating on getting the SKT Kalista, but if she is going to be the weakest ADC for another years worth I might as well wait another year. I do love playing her but it sucks when I play her that I know I'm putting my team in a losing position JUST by picking her (She's that weak right now).

It irritates me seeing Vayne getting buffed left and right while Kalista is still gutted. Literally NOBODY plays her anymore, nobody. And I don't blame them, she's outclassed and completely weak. Fun but weak.

I used to main this girl and now when I even touch her in NORMAL games my team calls me a troll because she's so weak.

So my answer stands, does she plan to get a buff? If not I'm not buying this skin at all.
