Riot I have a problem with my ranked restriction, please help me :O

Hello Rito I have been banned from ranked games due to negative behavior about few days ago and I got a message that I have to play 21 normal drafts in order to play ranked games again, but even If i do it doesn't go off for some reason. I have 5 draft matches and it still says there's 21 matches left. I don't really want to loose my rank because I am in promos for Plat 5.
