smurfing reform idea.

Let's face it. smurfing while a part of the game. has no real positive impact. and can actually negatively impact a new player's experience. but i have an idea that would drastically reduce smurfing. while not majorly negatively impacting the smurf. here is my idea. WE MELT THEM INTO GOLD "gargamel joke". anyone caught smurfing would before logging in. be asked to choose 1 of their accounts to keep. any RP purchases on other accounts would be immediatly transfered to thier main. skins would either become unlocked on thier main acount or converted into however much RP was used to buy x skin. in addition. players who follow the summoners code. and who are shown to be friendly and positive would be offered opportunities to become new player helpers"which can be taken away as easily as its given" as a "smurf card" which would give bonus IP to thier main acount for every game they play on thier helper account maybe give you a champ border. and then they would be assigned a special helper account which would only queue for sub 30 games

well, i like the idea that smurfs could actually help players. the thing is though, you can't really catch a smurf. I've seen new players play fairly well before and some people share computers. someone who learned fast might get targeted as a smurf and all the rp from their friend's/family's account would go into theirs so that doesn't work.

if riot made something so higher ranks could help lower ranks and lower level players, that would be good and I'm fairly sure a lot of people would join in on it.
