Just remember that skin touchups like this happen because of technological limitations of the past. The new version we see here is what the original creator intended (or more closely intended) for the skin.
Saturation was over done though, the contrast was beautiful and well done. Saturation has been over done in the past of course solely on account of the art of the map, but not all skins needed that saturation and this was one of them. If it were just slightly more saturated it would be fine but this is just too bright now. Its not ugly just less detailed, like when they neutered some of Mordekaiser's skins and made them look like plastic toys instead of him being the master of metal.
