@Riot, this is a strange request

First, can you change [LFG] on the team recruitment boards to [LFT] in the guidelines for looking for team. [LFT] makes more sense to people since it's abbreviation is Looking for Team. I honestly don't know what [LFG] is though.

Secondly, I would like for people to have to select a tag when making a thread for one of these, so when you want to find which one you're interested in you can search it.

Thirdly, make more tags for the guidelines.
