Really weird bug

Nucleophilic atk··1 votes·232 views

I got into my promo matches to get into silver 1. I lost the first one and I got a message saying "you have been demoted to silver 3."

Wat?

rito tell me why this happened.

Were you actually demoted, or did you get the message erroneously (without losing the rank)?

I was in silver 2, in my promos to get into silver 1. I lost the first game and I am now in silver 3 lol.

That... is freakin' weird. Have you tried submitting a Support ticket about it? I'm sure they'll work to fix the bug - or perhaps at least explain what happened.

Every time I send in a support ticket I wait a week to get an automated response that doesn't even suggest the person read my comment lol. I do not play support ticket anymore :D.

Well... I guess that's your right? But that's really the only effective way you have to communicate with Rioters, so I'll stand by the suggestion.
