It took me 350 games to get from bronze 5 to silver 5. its been about 20 games since I got into silver and im already in my promos for silver 3.... Why is this?

Because once you get out of bronze you get better teammates. Teammates that don't feed hard, teammates that listen to MIA's, teammates that know the importance of wards etc.

Bronze is full of idiots, and in a team game it makes it much harder to win.

i disagree, i found it easy to solo carry in bronze because i was essentially a god among men, didn't matter how hard my team fed, because I would get more fed, in silver, i'm still better then 90% of the players I play with, im not really a "god", more just a really good player. So when im sitting mid and got fb and second b, then bot feeds 3 kills, and top feeds 2 kills, and my laner is staying under his tower farming, and I cant kill him, toplane is way to tanky to gank, and botlane has ward coverage everywhere so I cant roam. and im sitting mid like fk.... what am i supposed to do.

Several reasons.

You're getting better at a faster rate.
Climbing from Bronze V to Silver I covers more people than from going from Gold V to Challenger.
You're not getting better but simply had a huge jump in skill from realizing something crucial to climbing.
Your playstyle is more in line with what is currently in style for playing.
You got lucky.

im having such a hard time getting out of silver 3, just this day went 19-8, roamed bot many times, even roamed top, helped out my jungler, and my team still all went negative and lost. generally previous to this division If i did well I won, and if i did poorly I lost, not simple like that anymore lmao.

lol I have gotten into silver 2 at least 3 times now that I have been counting... probably more than that. And I keep getting demoted back to silver 3. Starting to think maybe I belong here XD.
