Considering there are literally thousands of skin ideas with threads dedicated to them filled with background stories, examples of splash art & models, as well as thorough descriptions of what its ability effects and particles should look like, I think you probably need to say more than 'Arclight Kalista'.

I said Bilgewater Quinn well over a year ago and that still hasn't happened and I came up with concept art for it and everything.
