The "Player purchased Item" messages when spectating games should be updated more consistently.

When spectating, several completed items don't get call-outs when a player buys them. Off the top of my head, Zz'Rot Portal and Edge of Night don't have them.

Yet several incomplete items like Tiamat, and Spectre's Cowl have them. For Tiamat, I assume it's because Tiamat used to be a stand-alone item before they added Ravenous, but Spectre's Cowl was introduced as a component for Banshee's and Visage...

Just a minor nitpick.

Also, how come the in-client spectator mode doesn't have some of the stuff the pro play spectator view has? Like the keystone icons next to the champion portraits, or showing item cooldowns. (The in-client spectator mode used to show item cooldowns, but it doesn't anymore for some reason...)
