ITS CAPS REPORTABLE?

I mean i type in caps in my game because i have fun with it

Note i dont curse anyone and i dont say "OMG JANNA WARD THAT DRAGON" no i dont do that

But i am like "THE ZONE IS GOING TO GANK MID BOY" (I am the zone dont ask) and i always type like that

So its caps reportable? yes or no?

Of course all caps isn't reportable. Spamming and toxicity are marked in the rules as being reportable, however all caps is not in the rules.
