Can multique reports be a thing

Duo que bullying is the worst feeling in the game to be honest and gets worse the more players qued together, the worst part is that in all chat they can call for your reports and since it's 4v1 an enemy might just report you as well and i have gotten warnings from this despite telling them to be quiet or defending myself in chat.
