Except, something is missing...

RECON TEEMO.

I've been waiting and waiting and would buy Recon Teemo in a heart-beat to complete my collection, but it's legacy and I never see it available out of the vault. This is the only skin I'm missing!

Pls Rito, for the Holiday and Christmas spirit, bring back Recon or let me buy it!

Well thats odd, it shows up in the shop on my client. Legacy skins have been available for the duration of this Snowdown event.

I got it on a random skin mystery chest. Never really use it since I don't play teemo. Still waitin for 3 more gems for Hextech Annie thou
