Does this make me a jerk?

I was in a team builder game, playing Bard support. My ADC was Ashe.

The game started out fine enough. There was a problem when I put a shrine down that she happened to walk over while going to lane but, you know, it happens. People click to move to lane and just not pay attention all the time. (My response was "Really bro?", no response)

But after a successful trade under enemy tower that resulted in a kill for Ashe i noticed something. Ashe would just randomly sit perfectly still in brush for a few seconds, letting valuable cs go to waste! This continued, sometimes resulting in her getting poked by the enemy team. At first I thought it was lag so I asked "hey ashe are you ok?". Still no response.

She would sit around lane at around half health farming for minions, even when there are enemies in lane. She wouldn't use my shrines at all, even used a pot for health. "Dude, use my shrines". No reply

As I roam (helping jung with health shrines) a fight happens between me+our jungler and their jungler and top lane that results in two kills for the enemy team and none for us. Our jungler points out "Nice help from Ashe" (obviously sarcasm) and then "yeah better save that ult". Still she doesn't type back.

She starts getting killed a couple of times.

So at this point I've lost all faith in my ADC and roam collecting chimes and helping out whoever I can whenever I can, this sometimes includes bot lane. When I was at top lane where a gank was happening, the enemies fiora got away with about a cm of health left and was under her turret. I pop into jungle from river and use magical journey to dash under her turret followed by a cosmic binding, ignite, and a few autos to get the kill (i'm still proud of that XD).

Fiora replies with "reall?" I respond with "yes really, our ADC is a mute bitch so I dont give a crap" Still no response from Ashe As far as I remember I didn't say anything else mean to her. But later in the game their Fiora kept saying "can you ff?" so I say "can you shut up about us ffing?" which starts a whole "report Bard for toxic" rampage. All of a sudden our Garen starts digging into me for being a shit supp and how I was so cruel and rude to ashe and that she should mute me for toxic and how they are going to report me and shit.

AND THEN SHE SPEAKS. types in chat that I've hadnt been with her in lane and that she was saving my shrines for emergency situations and such

I dont care about the reports but...Am I really in the wrong here?

Yeah, you sound pretty toxic right now. There was no point in calling your Ashe a "mute bitch" and instead of telling Fiora to "shut up", you could've just muted her and moved on. I don't know exactly what happened in the game, but you should've told her when you planned to roam so she doesn't mistake it as you just leaving her to fend for herself. I don't see much of a problem with her using your shrine to get into lane, since most people use it for the movement speed more often than the actual heals since they don't actually do that much, so using the shrine would've let her get to lane faster. I think she wanted to save your shrines so if she ever gets caught out, she can run to one of them to heal a little and get a movement speed boost to get away. When I play Bard, I find that he's very mana-hungry, especially when you continuously put out shrines so I try not to use them unless I really need them, which is probably what your Ashe was thinking. Using a pot heals more than a shrine would, so there's nothing really wrong with her using her pot. I saw no point in you saying "Really bro?" since Ashe didn't do anything wrong, and honestly, it makes you seem kind of a salty person. Whenever I play ADC, I care more about farming and never just chill in a brush, but I've seen many ADC's do that to try to catch the enemy bot lane by surprise and possibly get a kill if they facechecking. (Works well with Bard, since it sets up easy stuns). I think the only problem with Ashe was that she never tried to communicate what she wanted to do.

Yep, you're a jerk. You could have handled that much better, as other people have explained.

Just... learn to shut up sometimes.

If your teammate doesn't play optimaly, i'm sorry to say this but, not matter what to say, they are not going to get better/listen to you. Just let people learn the game by themselves, otherwise you will just engage in toxic behavior, just like you did in that game.

Also, turn off All-chat.
