I really wanna play Riven but shes apperently hard to play properly

Riven at a basic level isn't all that difficult. The main thing people have trouble with is mastery over animation cancelling. Just take her into a bot/custom game and try to practice cancelling the animation after your broken wing casts. Overall if you practice a little bit with her she is super fun. She has been my favorite ever since I started playing.

If you like playing her, just keep practicing. Yes, it can be discouraging when people get on your case about poor play, but they had to start somewhere, too.

When I run into that kind of attitude (whether directed at me, or a teammate who has said they are learning a champion/role) my usual response is "How am I/is he/she supposed to get better if not by playing?" If they keep it up, I mute and report for harrassment.

The hardest part about playing riven "properly" is animation canceling.. and honestly you dont need it.. boxbox dont even do dat sheit.
