why can't people just say their role a 2nd time

I connected after this Varus, so I didn't see where he was going.

He was taking ignite to that lead me to believe he was going mid. I asked, "am I mid or adc"

no one said a word.

So I went Urgot adc just in case I was going to be shoved elsewhere. (I can take him mid or top)

Varus complains once the game starts that I stole his role then goes mid. What the actual hell.

Disclaimer for the salty: This was blind pick. Not dynamic que. This was BLIND PICK.

It does say the person's position below their name. As well as your icon appears gold on the map on the champ select page. Not that hard to figure out where you're going
