Why did we remove the Tips and Tricks board?
Was it less important than the role-playing board?

No, Tips & Tricks posts are just able to fall under other boards as well, typically Gameplay. Some of the boards were a little redundant.
You can still find Roleplaying here; http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/roleplaying Its link was removed to reduce the trolls (from what I was told), because the people there take it very seriously. If you use FEK the board will be listed.
