If you flame in a languange that isnt English is it harder to track and get banned?

Bunch of my low elo friends whom i visit on the local net often flame a LOT mostly in our languange and i was wondering how come they dont get banned?for me one toxic game usually is all it takes to hit me up with the 10chatban but i only speak English in chat. So i was wondering is it harder to track in different languanges? I mean ik there are some general words in different languanges that are cencored but still.
