Are Any of the current rotation of pool party skins going to be Legacy?

i would assume since none of the announcements for any of the pool party skins stated any of them being legacy they are more than likely here to stay in the store! the only thing that is not here to stay is the discount on reksai and zac (and i think lulu) which are 28% off for the first week, and the Bundle with all the skins!

They aren't legacy.

When skins are released, Riot will always say in the newsletter regarding the skin/skins if they will be legacy and the date they will be placed into the vault.
