I find ranked kind of discouraging.

like it requires so much grinding that its almost not fun. This is the only game I have ever played with a ranked system that requires this much effort to climb to high tiers. Its also really un-enjoyable when you go into a ranked game and never get your primary role and/or get autofilled.
