Hiya! I'm in Silver, I'm really bad at this game, but I am a Twitch main, and I really want Whistler Village Twitch skin and Medieval Twitch skin. Can anyone help?

For the village Twitch, he may or may not come back this winter, so be on the lookout for that. Medieval on the other hand, we're out of luck in getting it until Riot decides to give it back to us by some unknown measure.
