Dont try to be hero :D Play decently and you will see that most of the games its actually yourown fault tht you keep losing more than half of your games. Maybe in NA community is a lot worse at this game, but it shouldnt be like too huge difference in either way. So i bet its like for most people who cry about team, that its your own fault.

I have played Eve mid before and it isn't that bad. I like when they have no idea where I am when I don't want them to.

I still come out and CS, but I can move around them and kill them with my JG.
