Is Riot not doing any more Riot skin related sales during Pax events?
Usually there is a new Riot skin that comes out during these times, or at least some form of availability in the league store to purchase a previous Riot skin.

We actually didn't do a Riot skin for 2015 events, either. It's not that we're against them, we just decided not to this time around. Rather than the Riot skins, for events, we've handed out Arcade Hecarim, Dragonslayer Pantheon among others. Just a change of pace. :)
