I love when the "You've been reported" box shows up but I don't get punished

You will get banned eventually if that keeps happening. You should really be careful about what you say in chat. I always make sure to be extra friendly to all of the summoners I meet <3

Na, if I don't do anything wrong, there's nothing to bad for. It's mostly people just getting salty when they are feeding and then they say something to me and I say, "Thanks bud!" Or they get really pissed of when I give them awesome tips like, "Vayne, it isn't smart to try and 1v4 when you are as far behind as you are. It's better to farm and wait for your team to protect you." Not sure why people get so upset over great gameplay tips.

It's one thing to give them a tip but it may seem like you are badgering to them if you do it every time they die. They can't hear your voice and the way you give them advice so it may seem backhanded to them.

Last time I checked, giving tips wasn't against any rules. If I don't say it in a negative way, can't be punished for it. They can feel "badgered" all they want, but when rito looks at that report and the most "toxic" thing is "Hey Vayne, wait for the team to protect you", rito is going to laugh at the dumb dumb.

Oh waah, that first one is te truth and you know it. Same goes for the second. If people can't take it, thats their problem. They can report me all they want. Not like they make a difference
