Riot needs to stop wasting money on frivolous things

"frivolous things" make them money and make the game fun to play..and...a game. Making them money makes them be able to hire people to work on things that do not directly make them money. Like balance and community. Also it's not like just 1 guy is working on everything. Different people with different training are working on different things.

You except the guy who spent 3 years working on a music&art major in to give up working on LoL music and figure out how to make toxic people not be toxic?
