Why Riot is disabling ranked matches now due to the instant recalls...
...but when there was the Blade of the Ruined King hack some months ago, they didn't disabled ranked at all?

Presumably because that was one item- it was easy to detect who bought it- and this is MULTIPLE champions just backing.
Cause that was a hack that could be stop by suspending the player.
This is a bug that effecting everyone.
