will transfers from NA be for free after server change?
specifically for the fast west players like hawaii and japan. . . they are getting hit the worst and will have unplayable ping and will be better off switching to oce.

Whats their ping now 130 with the move?
Not unplayable, play with it at home when im not at college.
Riot gave free server changes when the other servers opened up to accomodate the players who were closer to it, I wouldn't be surprised if they did the same for this.
