PSA: If you are not patient enough to wait out preseason and decide to quit, do so. We don't mind.

Fact: Preseason is always unbalanced.

Fact: Getting into a balanced state takes time.

I understand part of feedback is having some of these threads (Yasuo, Brand threads, etc), but guys, there's no reason to think Riot's abandoning ship and going to just leave the game in a state of unbalance. But getting to a good, balanced state takes time and patience.

If you feel like quitting, though, despite this, that's your decision, and nobody's stopping you. Quit. If you aren't having fun, quit. Take a break. League will still be here when you want to play again (and we know you will >:D ). I, however, will continue to play through preseason knowing it'll all be better in the end.
