Where is the League "fan-base"

For supposedly the "biggest online game ever" this community is really creatively bankrupt

There's a steady stream of fan-art, and that's a bout it. There's the occasional Champion Concept that has a real amount of effort put into it, though it's mostly just "here is a kit".

Where are the fan-games? Like seriously we have over 100 really awesome characters; no run'n'gun with Lucian? No puzzle games with Heimerdinger? There was a murmur about a fighting game a while ago but I haven't heard anything about it since.

The only comics you find and fucking porn and there's certainly no long-running fan based continuities

No fan-music that I've heard of

"MY LITTLE PONY" is doing a better job at being fans than we are. Touhou is doing a better job at being fans than we are.

Is this community really just a bunch of psuedo-gamers that only play League and have no other interests with games?
