Why doesn't riot communicate?

Riot only responds to two different types of posts

  1. Art posts - You know, non confrontational, low impact, no promises art posts. They go "wow, thats a great model! i would love to see something like that!" - a literally meaningless, condescending use of communication.

or

  1. Posting on a topic they arent involved in so they dont actually have to address it - As in "wow, thats a big problem, ill let the proper department know about it, thanks!" or "well that really isnt my area so i cant speak definitively about it" - Once again a basically meaningless use of communication to create the illusion they even are aware of the players.

It is time the players demand communication from Riot. They started out being involved with the players and created a game that was FOR the players. Now they cater to their pro scene and pretend the people that made them who they are dont exist. Guess what, without a playerbase, there wouldnt be a pro scene anyway. We need to demand that they actually acknowledge the major issues that are ruining the game for the majority of their players.

Hey Riot, in case one of you accidentally reads a forum post, i know that you PURPOSELY ignore real posts about the game. Your silence does not go unnoticed, and you will eventually alienate your players this way. You need to rework your thinking.

Perhaps if people learned how to reply to posts instead of making 30 nearly identical new posts on the same topic they would get around to posting more.
