Ranked frames in loading screen

Why can I only see the frames of my own team and not the ones of the enemy team? Before the season ended, i could see if the enemy team had a silver frame in the loading screen , or a gold frame or whatever. And now that the season ended, I can only see them in my team and not the ones of the enemy team. Is this a bug or is this intentional? Because if it is intentional I think it is stupid.
