Can Azir get a slight buff?

I dont think a buff is a good idea. Maybe if they take away some power from his Q and increase the cast range on his W that would be a good redistribution. But flat buffing him would be a mistake, he's really strong.

If anything (very tentative), make him proc on hit effects and reduce burst slightly. Considering items like Nashors Tooth, an item that is practically meant for Azir, is in fact -- not used on Azir.
