Remove laugh from the game

In a game where saying "EZ" is bannable, people shouldnt be able to spam laugh at me all game. I can't believe Riot allows this, it is quite insensitive.

You know by removing laugh, Singed will have his win ratio drop by 5%

Laughing and taunting are actually strategies that work on some champions. Saying "ez" at the end won't help you will the game because it's already over, but bming before can get your opponent frustrated and make him focus you, allowing you to kill him Singed Blitzcrank =example

In League there is a "Voice" Sound Bar, mute it when people start spamming.
