The 20 minute wait time is ridiculous. One of my friends plays with me in a 5 man queue and his mom is ridiculously strict on how much he can play. He probably gets kicked off in like 1 in 8 games or so, keep in mind we are a 5 man queue so it's not like it's ruining or even affecting random people's games. All that happens is that the enemy team usually wins because it's a 4v5. Big whoop, they get a tiny amount of normals mmr and some ip. Then he gets a 20 minute restriction so we had to wait a total of like 1 1/2 or 2 hours over the course of the restriction before it wore off. I feel like it should be weighted less in normals, (it might already be, I don't know exactly how it works) and less in 5 man queues and 3 man queues on summoners rift and twister treeline respectively.
leaverbuster is dumb, i once had a client crash during champion select(wont let me select a champ, says loading when i click on d champ), so i got a 5 minute leaverbuster, then it happened again and i got a 30 minute one. sigh
