I just saw a funny tip on league.
It said," the tribunal bans toxic players, make your voice heard and vote on the tribunal" yet as long as I have ever been on league, its been down for maintenance. Shouldn't they have removed that tip?

There's also one saying that the CDR Cap is 40% which is false now.
it would take someone 10 seconds to remove it. and 15 to write a new one in its place, so you can see how that could possibly take 25 seconds away from the persons fap time and why it hasnt been done yet.

They also tell you wards still last for 3 minutes.
They don't care about tips. :P
Yeah, they should. But the thing is.... Riot doesn't get around to doing things. It's just one item in a long, long list titled "Things Riot should have done already, but haven't gotten around to yet."
