Do we have any news of the harrowing? When does the harrowing usually start?

According to one of the riots Twitter it isn't. Nor are the other recent skins put on the PBE. I'll admit though the Vi skin does scream harrowing, but then again she got on last year with the officer vi, but at least this time it's a proper harrowing skin.
This does leave us wondering who/what are the harrowing skins are this year.
